    Wont play on laptop with DVD player

    I bought this DVD after watching the Aging backwards program on PBS. I was not able to play this DVD on any of my laptop computers with a DVD player only on a stand alone player. The picture looked washed out with very little contrast. My visually impaired husband could not see the arm movements at all although he could see the leg movements just fine. I love the exercise routine and will continue to use the DVD but feel it was expensive for the quality of the product and the limited playing options. I am disappointed that I can not play it on the laptop in my exercise room.

    Excellent Video Routine for Mobility

    This is a very different concept from many fitness videos in that its focus is on mobility. Incorporating elements of Yoga, the nearly constant movement provides a nice workout while definitely leading to greater flexibility. The instructor's pace/explanations are at times hard to follow, but the video of her movements helps make sense of it all after a couple of viewings.

    Great for aging baby boomers

    I love this DVD. I have never been able to regularly keep up with an exercise program before. I actually hate to do it because I am so busy getting something else done in my day. I have been doing this faithfully and it has helped me feel so much better! The trick for me is to do it first thing each day!

    Fantastic

    This is a fantastic set of easy yet extremely satisfying exercises. I sit all day at work and needed something to help strengthen and loosen up my back and shoulders. Although the exercises are easy to do relaxing and strengthening, they are very sophisticated in that they address parts of the body that are usually overlooked. I highly recommend the DVD!
