I have to say that my experience with the seller was outstanding. Mistakes due happen and sellers should be judged on how the respond when they do. In that regard, this seller was a full 5 stars.

They had my item in the storage facility in Sydney but made no attempt to contact me in order to pay the tax owing. They had all my details but no phone calls or no email.
