  • Well worthwhile

    This book by H.P. has step by step instructions on how to follow the diet and has recipes that have mostly usual ingredients, easy to prepare, and very very good! The recipes follow the diet rules and are broken into three plans for eating throughout the week. I enjoyed this cookbook, the stories, instructions, and the food. I also lost weight using these recipes and H.P's diet!!

  • Love this book - love this diet

    I started this diet with my husband and we really enjoy the way we have been able to easily get off of dairy, sugar, white flour and preservatives in our foods. We feel great and the cookbook is broken down so that you can stick to your diet easily. We have decided to make this a new way of eating for the rest of our lives.

  • Hard to follow but if you can it works

    I did not like most of the recipes. I did find that the other material in the book was helpful. I lost 10 lbs in the first 4 weeks, then plateud for a while, then lost incentive, then went off the diet and gained 3 back.... it's hard to follow for me without continual weight loss.
