They were sent in a plastic bag with no protection put around the boots to prevent damage during shipping. When I received them them the bag had several small cuts in the bag from shipping, I buy and sell boots myself and ALWAYS put them in a BOOT BOX and wrap each boot to prevent damage during shipping, I get these boxes from a local boot store. Change your shipping practices

I contacted seller about that and they quickly responded with apologies and a discount on a future purchase. I appreciate a respectful seller who can admit error and do something to bring back a hesitant customer. Will shop with Got_Boots again.
