    I had a small issue that I created by ordering the wrong model. I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!

    This items is recommended if you want speed and performance. For the price in comparison to Apple, it was worth it, plus no sales tax

    I got a brand new Mid 2017 iMac with a 2TB Fusion drive, recommended if you want decent performance. The price was right, and the additional savings in tax will go to the addition of more memory. Beautiful display, great performance and easy to set-up. There is a difference between the 2TB Fusion drive (128ssd) and the 1TB Fusion drive (32ssd). Performance at these prices should include at least 250ssd, but Apple's wants to exquisite every penny they can from their loyal consumers. The price is high, but that is what you pay for superior quality and performace.

    Actual price is $2299 brand new from apple store for MNED2LL/2 mid 2017

    Mine came in a well packaged box. All original tapes on the box looked untouched and inside the box are a 27” Imac with the wireless magic keyboard and magic mouse 2 are all wrapped up like factory wrapped. It looked brand new to me. U r paying $1999 for what Best Buy charge 2199+tax. I never owned one before so i think i found this to be a bargain and i love it.

    Fast... very fast!

    I needed a fast machine with added large RAM and top quality video card for FCPX conversion of HD 30p 1080 HD video to Pro Res 422 HQ codec (with FCPX & Compressor). This machine delivered. Only had for a few days and in the thick of converting codec. So far... great! I have been an Apple user since 2006 with the first released MacPro. Big difference! Pro Mac still works great but the operating system cannot be updated to handle new software and needed applications. Can't wait to delve into 4K video editing and replication projects on this iMac. Image on 5K Retina is beautiful, sharp and the colors are extremely accurate. Looking forward to editing new productions and expanding my artistic horizons.

    Not crazy about Apple

    But, they make excellent hardware. The monitor is beautiful the pretty fast. I've always been a PC and Android guy my whole life. But I wanted to see what I was missing. I am glad I got the 2017 iMac, it is a new and different experience, but I think I will probably stay a PC and Android guy. I can build a PC the way I want it, I can install the programs on it that I want, and make it look the way I want.

    IT'S A MAC

    What can you say......It's a Mac. Up graded to 24gb RAM. Running Big Sur now and loving every minute I'm using this Mac.
