Here is the tracking number. 779681544083 FedEx DELIVERED Tuesday 11/5/24 at 10:07 AM no missing part at all. I shipped all the parts and he said the bracket was bent. I did removed brackets so it can not bent. and i would have also send him replacement bracket if this is the issue

I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!

Item was initially not shipped with other items I had ordered, but the seller was quick to fix this mistake and send it. So customer service 5 stars. Did not come with a notched power cable but to be fair it, wasn't listed in the description or photos. Would buy from seller in future.
