I contacted seller who was not helpful at all and EBay abruptly closed my case without giving me an opportunity to explain myself. The whole transaction was terrible am not happy at all. I will not do business with EBay again. In your message you were upset cause you thought you ordered Reef 33 which plain as day in your order it shows you ordered Reef 21. You then said we made an error and sent the wrong perfume to you, which was not true. Maybe you made an error and thought you bought Reef 33 from us however we haven’t had that scent in stock in months. If it was on us we would’ve refunded.
