But Seller communication was GOOD and the item showed up, well packaged, within the delivery window. Item was well priced, and they had a series that I STRUGGLED to find elsewhere, in NEW condition. I would recommend this seller if you can't find it elsewhere, that's the best I can give them.

    Very interesting book haven't tried anything as of yet but going to start on June 1st and see how everything goes by the way this is a great buy if you are having trouble losing weight etc.

  • Tons of useful information; actual diet overwhelming

    I would recommend this book just for the useful information, but for following the actual diet, I found it too overwhelming to stick to the plan. The information about the hormone issues with the individual food groups, was very useful, and if you read closely the little tips throughout the books are needed information (such as people with thyroid issues should eat cooked vegetables). As a mom, chief cook, and bottle washer, the idea of clearing the cupboards of all sugars, is quite impossible; and as a person with severe sleep problems, giving up coffee just isn't a possibility for me right now; and eating a pound of vegetables a day, seemed unrealistic. So there - definitely worth the read for the information, but take that information and devise a diet plan that will work for you.

    Too off the wall. Most food items cannot be easily purchased. Recipes not interesting. The three day fasts are helpful and easier to follow. Some helpful suggestions.
