Product Information

With a visual style and gameplay inspired by Paper Mario on Nintendo 64, Mario & Luigi teams up the Italian plumbers for an epic adventure outside the familiar confines of the Mushroom Kingdom. A witch has abducted Princess Peach from the claws of Bowser and has taken her to a neighboring realm, which angers Bowser so much he agrees to join the brothers to rescue her. Things do not go as smoothly as planned, however, when the ship carrying the trio crashes and sends the characters in different directions. Mario and Luigi were fortunate enough to stick close to each other, and vow to continue the mission with or without Bowser. <br><br>Players will be able to control either character separately or together as a team while confronting enemies, using moves such as the leapfrog, where Mario pushes against Luigi's back like a springboard for more powerful jumps. Battles take place in real time, often requiring the same techniques found in the original Super Mario games, except characters earn experience points instead of a high score. Both Mario and Luigi can also find and use various items in battle, as well as solve puzzles together using their combined talents. Players will meet up with familiar characters as well as few new faces during their journey, which ultimately leads to the witch's foreboding castle.

    Price and shipping were very reasonable. The bags and boards for the comics themselves are worn and tarnished, but they were packaged safely for delivery. comics were preserved well, no weird odours or damage. Personally, I didn’t mind given the overall price and care, but just fyi, so basically as described, would buy from again. Thanks!

    Great gameplay and Funny story

    The game is great. I have always loved the Mario and Luigi games and finally got a chance to pick up one of the originals. The gameplay is simple but complex to master and the story writing in the game is hilarious!

    All around, just excellent

    I was just searching around for some bids that were ending soon, and sniped this one. Got it for a fairly low price, and placed my order immediately. Turns out the game arrived five days early! Additionally, the game works perfectly with a save file on the cartridge. Overall, this truly blew me away.

    Fun classic

    Fun little game, packed with many features and a cute story. Mastering the controls can be tough, but are another interesting feature to the game.

    A must have GBA game

    This game can be found for fairly cheap everywhere and to find it in a box was just great. Is my first time playing any of the mario&luigi series to be honest and I can see why it is so popular. I got hooked with the unique game mechanics immediately. This is definitely a must have in any gba library.

    Exactly as described.

    Shipped fast, came in about 2-3 days. The game was exactly as described, started up and played just fine. Sticker had little to no wear, overall no complaints.
