The communication was extremely poor, the seller repeatedly lied, and they failed to provide a correct tracking number. In the end, I had to use eBay's Buyer Protection to get my money back, as the seller did not respond. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. Would you like to wait for the item or a refund. You chose to wait. You then raised a case two days later fully expecting a package to arrive to Germany in 2 days? I added the tracking as promised and you then closed the case as soon as you saw movement in the parcel. The item is on the way which is convenient timing to close the case
