I thanked them for the effort and jokingly mentioned Minnie Mouse’s nose falling off. 3 days later I had a new item without asking for it. This seller definitely tossed profit away in favor of customer service. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you SO much dizneestuff1! Hope to repeat buy!
