The band was mailed in a package envelop and was mildly crushed in transit. There doesn't appear to have been any damage to the actual product but the packaging is damaged.

The item arrived in a thin bubble mailer and the packaging was therefore slightly crushed while shipping — not ideal given that this is intended to be gifted. Price was also a bit higher than you'd like to see (even higher than MSRP from Disney's online store), but I knew that going in. Overall, I got what I purchased, even if it wasn't a perfect experience.

There was a tiny defect which occurred during shipping when the item arrived despite how well it was packed. Bubble wrap packing tissue and sturdy box. I thanked them for the effort and jokingly mentioned Minnie Mouse’s nose falling off. 3 days later I had a new item without asking for it. This seller definitely tossed profit away in favor of customer service. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you SO much dizneestuff1! Hope to repeat buy!
