They responded to every message I sent very promptly. As a seller, it is discouraging when the shipping carrier doesn't do their job well, but this seller never went dark on me, and when it was clear UPS would not be able to find the package, the seller refunded my money promptly! I didn't even have to open an eBay case to resolve it... they were on top of the situation. A+
