It wasn’t until I contacted eBay did I get a response, I have received a full refund , but the boots were posted out on 11/11 and I received them today , now waiting for the company to respond to my next question of what to do with them . Prices maybe cheap but so is the customer service .

I'd seen some recent negative feedback but still purchased anyway. I'd avoid dosent seem to be very dependable or maybe picks and chooses who they send too. Waste of time!
