Fido Film Review
This film certainly is unique in its depiction of the world related to Zombies. It's unlike anything that's ever been produced in the past. The characters dress and the sets used match the era the writers would have you believe it is set in, however the acting is more of a modern style which doesn't match that era. The boy is the best actor in the film but in many other cases, the actors roles are exaggerated as is the actual actiing. The film has a good idea to it but it's just not portrayed onto the screen well. It's definitely not for the age levels suggested and I wouldn't suggest that anyone under 17 view this film for a number of reasons, mainly it's attraction to gruesome and disgusting material along with abusive behavior toward young kids including shooting them and tying them to trees. I think as simple entertainment, this film is excellent to watch in your spare time (if your into zombies) but it's definitely NOT a family film and I would never show it to children. Besides, I believe the film industry has WAAAY overdone the zombie thing! Can't they come up with something better. Bought it for a friend but it's not a film I would watch again! A different kind of comedy
