I have been installing these units for as long as I can remember and if you replace the rollers you won't have a problem. I think I have had to toss 3 of them and thats just because they are so cheap now that it doesn't pay to fix them.

The instructions claim that these are false positives, which I bought into at first, but then my anti-malware software caught specific executables being run, not just known bad filenames and warning signs. Incredibly disappointed, paid over $100 for a useless paperweight.
