I have been installing these units for as long as I can remember and if you replace the rollers you won't have a problem. I think I have had to toss 3 of them and thats just because they are so cheap now that it doesn't pay to fix them.

The instructions claim that these are false positives, which I bought into at first, but then my anti-malware software caught specific executables being run, not just known bad filenames and warning signs. Incredibly disappointed, paid over $100 for a useless paperweight. The Seller immediately arranged to send a replacement. Sadly, the adapter sent had straight connection whereas I had ordered a right angle. The Seller apologized for the misship and Refunded my payment 💯 because he didn’t have the cable I needed.
