I was offered the option of having my money refunded of if I waited a week,they would send a new item at the same cost,when the new stock arrived. All I had to do was indicate my option,which I duly did,and exactly as promised,a week later I have received the new item. That is excellent,professional service. Thank you.

However, because of an oversight on my own part, I had to return it as I couldn't get it through the house into the garden. I messaged the company who said they would come out and pick it. Communication has been nothing short of fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
