Cinnamon Chocolate Syrup
Lucerne used to have a creamer called Mexican Mocha that I loved. Much to my dismay and horror, they discontinued it a while back and I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement..... until now! Half & Half and this syrup and I have my favorite creamer flavor back! It could be a tad bit more cinnamon-y but I just add a pinch or two of grated cinnamon stick into my coffee grounds when brewing and it's perfect!
