I waited 5 days before inquiring the status and was told they had no access to parts but I could contact eBay directly to ask for a return of my item. I spent 9 hours assembling the unit, so not an option. I found the parts on the mfg. website and Amazon. I purchased them myself. I actually never opened it until after I got the message, the box was tore and ripped some but delivery doesn't take kindness to well to boxes and things being delivered. Overall the chalkboard and dry erase board was great. Everything seemed to be in there as it's described. Would highly recommend this company and it's customer service A+++++
