They asked me to wait 48 hours while they found parts. I waited 5 days before inquiring the status and was told they had no access to parts but I could contact eBay directly to ask for a return of my item. I spent 9 hours assembling the unit, so not an option. I found the parts on the mfg. website and Amazon. I purchased them myself. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again
