    Comprehensive yet readable

    I have read several of David Lebovitz' books and am continually impressed by his knowledge of food, preparation and presentation, in addition to the research he obviously does when writing. He is entertaining as well and this book dives into the more technical aspects of chocolate yet retains its readability. Well worth the price.
