Polaris Factory Rebuild Kit for My Polaris 380
This includes EVERYTHING from the top and bottom outer base to the inner gears, belts, ball bearings, wheels, etc. The only thing you need from your old Polaris is the internal frame. Instructions are included and easy to follow if you are familiar with how the Polaris is designed, or have replaced parts before. If not, suggest you read through all the instructions and lay out the parts and get a pretty good idea of how it all 'fit's' together before jumping in. The only tools you will need is a Phillips Head screwdriver, and I suggest a flat head screw driver and pair of needle nose pliers. I used the flat head, and/or the pliers to pry off the E-CLIPS off the old Polaris and/or push the E-CLIPS on the new parts. Also I used the needle nose pliers to position some of the screws to ... It took me approximately 2-3 hours from the time I took the old Polaris apart to completing the rebuild of the new kit, however I took it very slow. The new parts are in some cases are improved over the old parts in my old Polaris (e.g. the Axle Block Assembly) My 'new' Polaris is back up and running in pool like a brand new unit, which it really is. This is a tremendous value if you are will to take the time and save money. I bought this kit from from PoolSupplyWorld for $229!! New units are listed from ~$640-$700.

My Old Polaris is used for 8 year, most plastic part is old, this rebuild kit contains almost everything part compare to a brand new cleaner, the only part is the "main frame" you need transfer from the old cleaner to new one. This is a cost effective rebuild compare you spend $750 to buy a new one. The only caveat is silicone inside the base on the bottom, it is too much, you have trim a little bit. Way better than buying new if you got time
It takes a while to put together but so much cheaper than buying a new one. We have just got to figure out why it gets stuck in a corner all the time. Have adjusted everything we can google about a Polaris. It did this before so nothing to do with the rebuild kit. My husband did the rebuild and he is Not handy so must be fairly easy directions.

Very easy to put together. The instructions were a little unclear at times, so I ended up watching a YouTube video when I got stuck. Saved a lot of money by putting it together with this kit versus buying one that had already been assembled. All you need is the frame from the old unit. Was missing one e-clip and used one from my old unit, so good idea to save parts from old unit until it is fully assembled.Very easy to put together. Polaris 380 factory rebuild kit.
Excellent rebuild kit. Makes a brand new cleaner. You only need to supply old frame inside piece inside. Everything else is brand new. Takes about 1 hr to rebuild, maybe 2 hrs. if you have never done it before.
