I got a deal on an authentic Quince item that I could tell is brand new. They even sent me pictures ahead of time when I questioned the color so I knew what I was getting. Would recommend! I haven't been able to put the quilt on my bed yet, but it came as described and I love it so far!

However, these towels were bundled and tied professionally from the manufacturer and when I untied the bundle to look at them, there were snags/tears on two of the towels. There's no way the seller could have known that. This seller immediately went out of their way to help me return them for a refund and answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
