Seller immediately printed a shipping label, but the item didn't ship till 5 days later, and that was only after I asked what the holdup in shipping was. I received a completely different Tascam product. Mistakes happen and I can accept that. I sent him a pic of the wrong item and he said he would "check with his online". Never heard from him again. What I paid for should have included the power cords and hdmi cords. Those weren’t included so I contacted the sellers right away. They said they would send me the items that weren’t included, and here it is almost three weeks later and still no cords. I contacted them about this and still no response. Should have gone with my gut and purchased cords sooner through Amazon. After I purchased the item the seller refused to ship the item even though they updated EBAY saying the item had been shipped. I contacted the seller many times saying I wanted the item shipped per the "free shipping" in the listing. The seller said I needed to pick up the item or arrange for shipping and pay for shipping myself. Please be careful dealing with this seller.
