Disappointed cos I was counting on the green handle for the full effect. The only colors on the mug are the letters while the pic shows inside and the handle being green also. Customer wanted to revise this feedback, but because it was left as positive feedback, they are unable. Here is the message I received from them wgen I asked if they would revise it: "I actually tried to last night and it wouldn’t let me remove, change, or add a new one. Are you possibly able to tell me how I would do it? I’m more than happy to revise it."

Considering MSI wanted $200 for a new one, I paid around $50 for this and was able to save some money. It was not overly dirty or scratched. It looked good! Definitely recommend this seller!

I advised seller and sent picture at his request. Seller acknowledged The colors were not correct. Seller sent me a second mug that was identical to the first coffee mug. Apparently their is a problem someplace. However I must give the seller credit for attempting to make it right. I feel he attempted to correct the problem by sending the second mug. Sometimes the coloring on each individuals display shows different based on screen type and settings. So that can contribute to any discrepancy. We sell a lot of these over on Etsy with no issues and constant 5 star reviews on them.
