Works well-ish
These work great but you must make sure everything lines up 100% slightly out and it no good. I had to make extra shims from the packing to pack out the angle brackets that Came to ensure everything was at 90 to each other when closing.

Neat and cheap.
Excellent value. Not too obtrusive. Care has to be taken during fitting to ensure alignment of components otherwise the window won't unlock.
