The U shape neck is not chunky at all. Intonation is good. Frets aren't sharp.The guitar looked good and was ready to be played out of the box. The shipping was very fast. It took less than a week, exactly 6 days, to process, package, and ship the item, from Japan to Hawaii. Customer service is really good. Shout out to Yukari for always responding in a timely manner.
