My only complaint is with the courier delivery, the package was just left at the front gate with no notification which meant that anyone passing could have picked the package up. This is the second time this has happened with this courier service maybe you should look for a different carrier. I spoke to the courier company with no satisfaction,

I'm sure they've learnt to actually check the marked capacity of the batteries before sending, rather than just looking at the purchase order (and not check if the supplier has supplied the ordered capacity), thus is probably now a good seller to purchase batteries from.
