Instead the buyer complains that this item is not wooden when no such product exists from this manufacturer.

It arrived in great condition just as described and was well packed. The shipping costs were great for the packaging received. On top of all that, the seller was even willing to work with me on the price, something I really appreciated. It was a great transaction and I’ll be checking back to see if this seller has other pieces I could add in the future.
