The box of the item suffered minor denting on the corner, but was otherwise fine. The controller feels satisfying in the hands, and has a nice sound and click. It arrived sealed, in perfect condition as advertised. There are cheaper sellers for this particular item, but the value is still pretty good from what I've seen.

I was very skeptical at first but the seller is very communicative. I bought the firefly HSR controller which shipped from China. I’ll say I was worried at first given the price but I was kept up to date every step of the process. Shipping was under 2 weeks which was way quicker than I had thought it would take. Product is legit and from Mihoyo, the attention to detail and overall build quality is perfect!
