The Seagate Barracuda runs at a high speed of 7200 RPM and has a 3D defense system and an external data transfer rate of 300 Mbps. The internal data transfer rate of this Seagate 500 GB hard drive hard drive is 70 Mbit/s. Interfaces that this internal hard drive runs on include SATA I and SATA II.
