Somehow, while with FedEx, the box got completely soaked in some sort of oil. It seemed like a bottle of mineral oil leaked all over it. It was drenched to the point FedEx put it in a bag to deliver it, and the bag was also drenched. I was sure it would be ruined, but the seller's packaging kept it bone dry and it works great! Item is in great condition and shipped promptly. Super pleased. Thank you!

Very easy to use. It powered right on, and I was able to test it out by plugging in the USB cord and transmitting to my Windows 10 computer. I didn't need software. The basic instructions on how to use the Neo are on the back. It doesn't charge via USB. The unit takes batteries. Overall, very pleased. Great seller.
