    The statue was painstakingly protected with copious bubble wrap, but the shipper gravely mishandled the package and damaged it. I truly commend the seller for taking great time and effort to settle with the shipper so I can get my refund.     DOESN'T WORK ALL THAT WELL

    The product is hard to rate as it's performance is not know because Sprint and/or the ZIng does not work well. Sprint says Excellent 4G coverage, the Zing only gets four-bars 3G, and that drops out frequently. The Zing looks nice, has a ton on features, but if it doesn't work, well??? I do have a comment about the Drop-Outs. Sometimes I get Alerts that it needs to Connect. I press the Connect button. Sometime it connects, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it connect but there is no Internet. It fails it go back to the Alert. Now a Soft Reset is supposed to be preformed. Directions: Turn off unit.Remove back cover. Pull battery. Re-install battery. Re-install back cover.Turn-ON. Usually it comes back and connect to get Internet. The WiFi works well . I noticed Sprint's new Franklin R910 hot ...

    Awesome Sprint HotSpot!

    This unit came looking brand new. I had to spend a bunch of time on the phone with Sprint support trying to get a SIM card for it. But, note this, it can be activated and it works just fine without the SIM card. I didn't know that in the beginning. In a strong LTE area, the WiFi from this unit had plenty of range for my entire cabin and the speed of browsing the web felt no different than my 100Meg download setup at home. I like the fact that the LCD display/touchscreen is bigger than the current Sprint HotSpot model. Very nice for the price!

    Works with latest Hotspots, noticeably boosts signals!

    This cradle device has been discontinued (at least in the U.S.) and can be difficult to find online. But it still works with some of the latest Netgear-based hotspots. I can verify it works with the Verizon Jetpack AC791L. Sitting in my home office I see the signal increase by about 10db. And speed tests also improve, in my neighborhood last week from 15Mb/s to 21 Mb/s. When setting my hotspot into the cradle, it can be cumbersome to make the connections, because you must line up all three plugs at the same time. But I'm getting used to it. I have not used the Ethernet port on the back yet. I cannot confirm the differences between the DC113A and other similarly numbered cradles, but I recommend looking for the DC113A, because I think it's the most recent model.

    Sprint SIM, Sprint Help, No Sprint Service

    I like the price and the fact that external antennas can be attached. I had no luck getting it to work with 4G LTE on the Sprint network, using a Sprint SIM, talking to Sprint on the phone. Maybe my coverage was no good at the time. Don't know.
