These are shipped in soft plastic bags 3 out of 3 purchases had crushed reels and the parts of the reels will fall out when you open the inner bag. shipping time was 10 days. indicative of a chinese supplied drop ship seller. Oh... he did call me a karen too. oh well. after i knew the shipping time i fit that into my project plans.

When I received the item it did not include the chain. However, I had paid for the chain. When I contacted the seller they responded right away. They re-sent the chain.
