Great Product

Just right
At age 66, I felt like I was not as strong as I used to be, or as I wanted to be. As a small person also, I needed something lightweight that wouldn't burden me down, but that would be helpful. Light Weights
So grateful to have this weight set! Thought the 3 lbs might be perfect for me at this point, but I started with the 2 lbs and really like them. I have issues with my wrists and need to be careful with them.
