This is the question Christina Perri posed as she began writing her second album, a collection of cathartic songs that seek to reconcile how we make decisions in love and life. HEAD OR HEART - was recorded over the past year, with further production from Jake Gosling, John Hill and Butch Walker. The album was mixed by Grammy Award winning engineer Manny Marroquin (Kanye West, John Legend, Alicia Keys).

Uninspired
Her first album was creative, honest and innovative… the songs were varied, and the musical accompaniment was terrific. This second album doesn’t match the first. It feels over-produced (including the glamour photo) and uninspired.
