These 14.31818 MHz crystal resonators are also used to run the main clock on motherboards, usually found between the pcie slots. Sometimes overclocking makes the crystal run hot and burn out. Easy to fix if you are handy with a soldering iron. Other frequencies are also used to run motherboards so make sure the bad one is labeled 143,etc. Read, why IBM originally chose this frequency when designing their computer :-)
