GREAT FEATURES, VERY EDUCATIONAL.
I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND THIS DVD FOR SERIOUS PEOPLE WHO HAVE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES WITH BEING OVER WEIGHT AND ARE SERIOUS IN LEARNING TO OVER COME THEIR OBESITY. IT HAS HELPED ME AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS IN LEARNING AND POINTING OUT AREAS IN OUR LIVES WE DID NOT KNOW BEFORE IN BAD EATING HABITS THAT CAUSES BEING OVER WEIGHT AND BLOATING. GREAT DVD FOR EDUCATING PEOPLE WHO WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE.

No denying it works!
I am severely obese and wanted to make one last effort before I gave up and just let myself die. Seeing Joe start this thing quite overweight himself instantly made me curious how he would fare in his quest. the longer I watched it the more convinced I became that this could very well be the way to go. joe is very motivating if a bit straight forward .. And almost insensitive at times. perhaps that is what is necessary to really get others to take a serious look at what is ahead if they do not change their direction. He is very real in wanting to also share his success on the reboot program and I found that to be very motivating. He meets many on his journey across the US and shows them, with his own life, how they can "Reboot" their own body to desire the kinds of food that will not ... Very informative, light and entertaining. A definite desire to help others. I've been juicing for five years and I can honestly say, I cannot recall ever feeling better in my life. I feel great, sleep better, have plenty of energy and walk 3 to 5 miles a day... and feeling better and better. I'm extremely glad I discovered juicing. There is no better way to absorb the vitamins, minerals and nutrients our body's need to... not only Survive... but Thrive.Very informative, light and entertaining. A definite desire to help others. Fruits and veggies for LIFE!!!
Fat, sick, and nearly dead. Is a great food and health documentary. Joe Cross does a wonderful job, of exposing the Western diet, as clearly toxic and sickening to the human body. The juice reboot that he recommends, and the strong fruit and vegetable diet is a blessing and clearly excellent for health and well-being. Watch it. Live it. Love it!

this dvd is so inspireing. I love it 10 stars. I love it so much I have the fat sick and nearly dead 2.. If ever I need inspiration to keep going on plant based diet and the way it has turned many peoples live around for the better health wise.
