The Linksys WRT610N wireless N router has a built-in media server to stream music, video, and photos from the attached storage devices to any UPnP-compatible media adapter, making it easy to access your media from anywhere that you can connect to the wireless router. The Linksys WRT610N router can also create two simultaneous yet separate Wireless-N networks. One using the 5 GHz band and one using the 2.4 GHz band, allowing you to use one GHz network to surf the Internet, check your email, and print via wireless router while keeping the other GHz network open for less crowded streaming. This creates a lower traffic network for time-sensitive items, such as streaming music, playing video games, or watching high-definition video.     Overheating Bootlooping Router

    Overheating bootlooping router that in my case came with a undercurrent power adapter of 500mA and rebooted every 2 seconds. Then I had to buy an extra power adapter of 2A (rating according to Router label) so now the router reboots everytime I demand some network traffic because it gets VERY HOT... I bought it looking for a "scrap value" good Router, but it's not worth even scrap. Go buy something else.

    Excellent Performance for the price!

    With both 2.4 & 5 GHZ, File Sharing (via the USB port and an external drive), and decent speed; these are one of the best routers a home owner or small business user could ask for. If you tack on the fact that you can throw on DD-WRT for even more functionality; it's a very versatile and fast unit.

    Sweet Router

    I live in a crowded condo area and my 2.4 Ghz router was giving a 25 mbps speed signal from about 5 feet away. When I moved up to my office (about 80 feet away), the speed went down to 100 kbps or .1 mbps. Which is absolutely horrible, by the way. Switching to a 5 Ghz router eliminated the cross-contamination of signals and now I get 24 mbps - almost full speed. I'm so happy.
