I don’t need it for intense workouts, which I’m pleased about, because it seems a bit noisy with the resistance on. The seat isn’t comfortable - which I’d expect - but I don’t like that it pushes you forward. My only real niggle is that I’ve had to set it to maximum height and I’m only 5’9”. It doesn’t feel entirely stable at that height. But I would recommend it.

You can purchase a wider padded seat to attach to the bike seat. Or order a similar seat, to attach to the exercise bike. I found the instructions okay and there are two tools. I would say the machine is for an average person if you are 30-45-55 stones I would get a bigger machine.

Item arrived very fast and packaged well, unfortunately was the wrong item. Overall the seller was quick to respond and very polite. I would be more than happy to use this seller again in the future.
