I've been installing these kits to fix the speakers and it's an easy job as long as you follow the great instructions in their videos and take your time. Way cheaper than trying to replace the speakers... mine are painted to match the wall, but everything foam goes bad over time and all you need to fix the speakers is change these parts.

They picked up the phone and called me to verify how I wanted it addressed. Haven't had anyone call me about any order before. They went out of their way to make sure I got my package ASAP. That's customer service.
