I had absolutely no problem with the printer head, just follow the two sumple directions in the box on how to unpack the printer head. Print quality is good, started printing well immediately. I received the printer 10 days earlier than Ebay had estimated! Great transaction.

Although I ordered a refurbished or used item, it appeared brand new. A reassuring nozzle check printout, presumably produced with the actual part, was also included. This seller is now bookmarked.
