I had a shielding job on a guitar where the amount on a custom guitar that had a fairly significant amount of the top of the body routed out. I had enough for 2 (rather thick) coats and then some on that guitar and then some. (Others have stated they were able to do several guitars, and I would believe it with a smaller route.) The inclusion of the brush, solder lug, screw, and wire are a nice touch!
