    "Pet Sounds".... unusual but apt from the album cover?!

    The lyrics to all the songs are uplifting and Brian Wilson is a genius. Many artists would have bitten off their writing hand to pen such a classic such as "God Only Knows"...my thoughts on this one?! Would recommend this wholeheartedly and then sit back and enjoy the Beach Boy show...🎶

    the first really good true stereo version on vinyl?

    I have always wanted a copy of the album on vinyl but a stereo version rather than the more common mono. I tried both original pressings in both mono and 'stereo' to try and find a satisfactory sound. But could never find a really good stereo version like the recently issued 'Sessions' CD. So i have bought this. However, beware if you already have a bass heavy system or a small room with large speakers because this pressing has re-mastered the recording so that the bass is a lot louder. Fine if you have tone controls but a challenge if you do not!

    Pet Sounds brilliant.

    One of the best albums ever produced. A reminder how brilliant Brian Wilson was along with the other members of the Beach Boys.
