The DVDs seem to have survived. I normally buy from music magpie, I think the outer layer of packaging could have done with at least one layer of bubble wrap. Just an observation.

The packaging was very good, filled with professional packing material and air filled packaging. My MacBook Air was unscathed throughout and was as described in the product description. I do wish they had real pictures of the MacBook so I could see where the minor scratches were. Their customer support was also brilliant and they respond very quickly; they also offer a 30-day return in case you change your mind.
