Both have slight scratches to the lid, which doesn’t really matter for my purposes. They were supposed to be next day delivery but I ordered Mon, they were dispatched untracked on Tues and eventually arrived in two separate deliveries on Sat. I don’t mind delivery taking a while esp. at such a good price but I was waiting in every day to receive the delivery.

I phoned the contact number given and was offered a 15% refund which I accepted, rather than arrange collection. The refund was issued immediately. I was surprised that the 3 boxes all came individually boxed but I guess they must have a reason as to why they do that. They were well packaged. The description said that it was a 24hr service which it definitely wasn’t (probably better to not say 24hr) but I contacted seller. They promptly replied & said they would chase their warehouse.
