During shipping the packing box and ball box both showed up completely destroyed and major issues with the ball. He was right on it is offering me a refund or a new ball. Clearly this was not his fault and you can tell by the description of the ball and how it showed up. He's sending me a new on with no extra shipping costs and no return shipping costs. Seller really stepped up and made things right. I would absolutely recommend this seller.
