Woman comes to terms with the death by suicide of the man she loved but was not married to while taking care of the aging Great dane he left behind
a somewhat different premise. a women who has been asked to take the aging Great Dane of a teacher, mentor, and someone she obviously loved deeply who has committed suicide. he was married 3 times, never to her but maintained a strong relationship and she comes to terms with his loss by recounting past conversations as well as pretend conversations with him while taking care of this huge dog in an apartment that doesn't allow dogs. An intimate and embracing look at love and loss through the hearts of a woman and a dog.
