  • Not a Diet but a better Lifestyle!

    After trying supplements and so many different diets and workout programs this approach to intermittent fasting makes so much more sense. Delay, Don’t Deny read is more like having a conversation with the author and all her experiences with her success. I haven’t lost weight but after a month I feel better and my clothes fit better. Great information but you don’t feel like the book is scientifically written.

  • Lovin’ Every Minute

    I’ve only been Intermittent Fasting (IF) for two weeks and have lost 6 pounds. I love not counting calories and eating whatever I want during my “window”. “Clean” fasting is the key. My husband started this way of eating also and he’s hooked. Ask me again in 6 months but for now we’re both thrilled.

  • Great overall summary of IF

    Inspiring and knowledgeable. I have all the time in the world to lose the weight and have had my OMAD with ice cream every day. I've lost 14 pounds in 3.5 months. I'm not hungry. Love her knowledge and candid waaaay of writing. I bought several other IF books, but hers gave me the best overview with all the IF methods. Highly recommend
