The item came well packaged using recycled packaging, which I’m very happy 😃 with, better for the environment. Sadly there had been an error in the item sent but the seller contacted me very quickly with apologies, offering a full refund and to keep the item posted. The confirmation of refund came through within minutes. An honest, reputable and trustworthy seller. I will be back.

Packaging was phenomenal, everything wrapped in bubble wrap, and nicely packed so nothing was rattling around in the box. Shipping was also fantastic. I ordered from 3 other venders, and this packaged arrived first. We texted back and forth a couple of times before the purchase, and they were very kind and considerate. Value was great, and everything as described. This particular item means a great deal to me and they made sure that it was supplied in pristine condition. Communications back and forth have been amazing regarding the kit itself and my project that it is to be a part of. Packaging was all recycled ( great from an environmental point of view) and the price for the item and P&P could not be beaten. Genuinely the two nicest people I have encountered on Ebay. I look forward to buying from them again!
