Good communication from this company and sorted issues.
- 2***- (2052)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter KaufI was a bit concerned about the dispatch time and also after reading some of the negative feedback I was wondering how the laptop would turn up. Well I am happy here, yes despatch was a little bit slow but I pinged them a message and they responded straight away to tell me it was on it's way, it arrived the next day. The packaging is immaculate, brand new box and air cushion bag (these are not cheap). The machine itself is as described and what I expected, it is a punchy little thing!! so 5*

Communicated with seller and they advised to raise a postal claim with RM as damage obviously occurred after listing. Seller offered generous partial refund and their communication helped me see past my anger.
